Summer Season

I know when summer is coming due to the fact that I have to get up early. Let me explain...The only reason why I every have to wake up a 6am is because I need to set up an artfair by 10am. Well, This weekend begins that wonderful time of the year where I actually have to wake up early to be somewhere...So it must be summer.

Two great shows are back to back in Chicago and both rank very high as some of the BEST art fairs in the country.
This weekend is:

THE 57TH STREET ART FAIR

June 7th and 8th
Saturday 11am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm

Next week is the Old Town art fair. By far one of the greatest collection of arists in one place. This is a top notch show and is to not be missed, or mistaken for the drunk fest know as Wells street. (which I do kinda miss.)

If you do go to Old Town Art Fair next week and you feel like hanging with a bunch of the artists that are showing, then head on over to Darkroom bar on Saturday night. Alacartoona is playing at 7p. Hats and moustaches are encouraged!
